A comprehensive eye exam is very different from a routine eye exam. In addition to checking your prescription for glasses or contact lenses, Dr. Lewis and Dr. Smith will perform an in-depth evaluation of the overall health of your eyes by testing and screening for common eye diseases.
During your comprehensive eye appointment, we will ask you questions about your personal and family history, discuss chronic conditions such as diabetes and hypertension, and identify your specific needs. What Can I Expect During My Eye Exam?
As part of a comprehensive eye exam, our optometrists examine the overall health of the eye through visual examination and advanced computer technology.
